Volleyball Recap: Rapid City Central Comes Up Short

Rapid City Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yankton Bucks/Gazelles. The Cobblers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bucks/Gazelles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Rapid City Central's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Yankton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-14.

Rapid City Central has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Spearfish on the 28th. As for Yankton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Tea on the 28th.
