The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles volleyball team (Yankton, SD), was beaten 3-0 in Saturday's league contest with the host Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD)

The Cobblers (13-13) will now prepare for their contest against Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Spartans enter the AA District 1 contest with a 18-11 record. In their last contest, Spearfish beat Brookings (Brookings, SD), 2-1, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bucks/Gazelles encounter the Tea Titans (Tea, SD) in a AA District 1 test, on Tuesday, October 28. Yankton will attempt to improve on its 8-15 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 3-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mitchell (Mitchell, SD).
