The Rapid City Central Cobblers volleyball squad (Rapid City, SD), was knocked off 2-0 in Friday's league contest with the host Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD)

The Lynx (20-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD). The Scoopers enter the AA District 1 contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Sturgis Brown was knocked off by Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cobblers battle the Watertown Arrows (Watertown, SD) in a AA District 1 contest, on Friday, October 24. Rapid City Central will attempt to move on its 11-14 season record. The Arrows enter the contest with a 13-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD).
