In Saturday's league challenge, the host Brandon Valley Lynx volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Stevens Raiders.

The Lynx (22-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Kernels go into the AA District 1 test with a 14-6 record.

The Raiders now own a 24-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sturgis Brown for a AA District 1 test on Tuesday, October 28. Stevens will face a Scoopers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Yankton (Yankton, SD). The Scoopers record now stands at 7-19.
