Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Boulder Creek Jaguars. The Mountain Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bryant Sorensen paced Mountain View's offense, picking up nine kills. Sorensen got some help from Chase Reidhead and his 13 assists.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Boulder Creek, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

Mountain View has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Ironwood Ridge on the 11th. As for Boulder Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Mica Mountain on the 11th.
