Soccer Recap: Orestimba Comes Up Short

The Orestimba Warriors came up short against the Johansen Vikings on Monday, falling 5-2. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Julianna Figueroa and Maya Barajas scored both of Orestimba's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Orestimba's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Johansen, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Orestimba has already played their next game, a 6-0 victory against Pacheco on the 10th. As for Johansen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-3 draw against Modesto on the 10th.
