After both having extra time off, the Mesa Verde Mavericks and the San Juan Spartans will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mesa Verde's defense has only allowed 28.3 points per game this season, so San Juan's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Mesa Verde picked up another tournament win last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 50-7 victory over Elite. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mavericks.
