Soccer Recap: Delta Comes Up Short

Delta managed to keep up with Memorial until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Panthers lost 6-1 to the Roughriders. Delta just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Delta's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Memorial, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-1-1 record this season.

Delta will square off against Van Buren at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Van Buren's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Memorial, they will be playing at home against Defiance at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
