Recap: Central Bobcats vs. Independence Patriots
The Central Bobcats won the last time they faced the Independence Patriots, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Central took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 81-37 win over Independence. With that victory, Central brought their scoring average up to 53.2 points per game.
Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sabih Almasri, who scored 37 points along with 6 rebounds. The matchup was Almasri's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aligo Banja, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Central and bumps their season record up to 2-2. As for Independence, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
