Baseball Recap: Norwalk Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Norwalk was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell just short of the Bellevue Redmen by a score of 3-2. The Truckers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Redmen earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Norwalk's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Bellevue, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Norwalk will square off against Seneca East at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bellevue, they will face off against Genoa Area at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
