Soccer Recap: Lincoln's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

After low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, Lincoln brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past the Prospect Panthers 6-2 on Tuesday. Cece Giguere was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

With the victory, Lincoln broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-5. As for Prospect, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5-1 record this season.

Lincoln didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Westmont on the 16th. Prospect has also already played their next match (against Independence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
