Softball Recap: Estherville Lincoln Central Comes Up Short

Estherville Lincoln Central was the 5-0 winner over Pocahontas when they last played one another back in July of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Midgets fell 4-1 to the Indians on Saturday.

Estherville Lincoln Central's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Pocahontas, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Estherville Lincoln Central will host Algona at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pocahontas, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Southeast Valley at 7:30 p.m.
