Softball Recap: Madison Takes a Loss

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the New Franklin Bulldogs, falling 16-9. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for New Franklin, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Madison will host Higbee at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for New Franklin, they will take on Northeast at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
