Basketball Recap: St. Joseph Takes a Loss

St. Joseph has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost to the Union Area Scotties at home by a 46-29 margin on Wednesday. The matchup marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

St. Joseph's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Union Area, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

St. Joseph and Sewickley Academy will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played. As for Union Area, they will square off against Aquinas Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th.
