Softball Recap: Fletcher Comes Up Short

Fletcher made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Wellston, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 7-5 on Thursday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fletcher's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Wellston, the victory got them back to even at 13-13.

Fletcher does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wellston, they have already played their next matchup, a 6-0 loss against Okarche on the 26th.
