While Blackwell's victory against Chisholm wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Maroons skirted past the Longhorns 5-4. The Maroons haven't had any issues with the Longhorns recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Blackwell's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Chisholm, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
