Soccer Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

Springfield saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Copley Indians by a score of 2-1. One reason for the loss might be Springfield's aggressive play style: Tucker Chapman and Alan Thu were both handed yellow cards.

Springfield's goal came courtesy of Parker Kozy, who's now up to 21 this season.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 10-6-1. As for Copley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-11.

As of now, neither Springfield nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
