Baseball Recap: Darlington Comes Up Short

Darlington was the 3-2 winner over Trion when they last played one another back in April of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Darlington's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Trion, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Darlington will face off against Adairsville at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Trion, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Dade County at 5:30 p.m.
