Springboro has gone a perfect 8-0 against Wayne recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Warriors at 7:15 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Springboro's offense. They lost 3-0 to Beavercreek on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wayne). They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over Trotwood-Madison on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Wayne as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Springboro's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-2-2. As for Wayne, their win bumped their record up to 3-9-2.

Springboro took their victory against Wayne in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 8-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
