Softball Recap: Armuchee Comes Up Short

Armuchee was the 8-7 winner over North Murray when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell just short of the Mountaineers by a score of 4-2 on Saturday.

Armuchee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for North Murray, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Armuchee will challenge Cedartown at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Murray, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Dalton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
