Basketball Game Preview: Sage Creek Bobcats vs. Peninsula Panthers

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Sage Creek Bobcats face off against the Peninsula Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday... Sage Creek will be strutting in after a victory while Peninsula will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Friday, Sage Creek earned a 49-36 win over El Camino.

Meanwhile, Peninsula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 68-32 loss at the hands of Redondo Union. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 503rd, while the Sea Hawks are ranked 98th).

Peninsula's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Sage Creek, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
