Monache is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 60-13 win over Bakersfield. The Marauders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 32 points or more this season.

Milly Rojas was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 19 points and nine boards. The contest was her third in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shelley Andrade, who posted eight points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals.
Meanwhile, Tehachapi didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Frontier on Friday, but they still walked away with a 75-69 victory. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won three in a row.
Tehachapi's win came from a few key players Monache will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jamie Neaderbaomer, who went 7-for-14 en route to 18 points along with five assists and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times she's played. Koree Rodden was another key player, dropping a double-double with 16 points and 13 boards.
Tehachapi smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 15 consecutive games.
Monache is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.9 points over those games. As for Tehachapi, their victory bumped their record up to 20-4.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Monache has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 27.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Tehachapi struggles in that department as they've been averaging 34.3 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
