Softball Recap: Fitzgerald Comes Up Short

Fitzgerald was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Crisp Academy Wildcats, falling 13-1.

Fitzgerald's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Crisp Academy, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fitzgerald will welcome Clinch County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Crisp Academy, they will be playing at home against Tiftarea Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
