Baseball Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

After flying high against Chapel Hill last Friday, Harrison came back down to earth. The Hoyas lost 7-1 to the Lovett Lions on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Hoyas' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

The defeat snapped Harrison's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-12 record. As for Lovett, the victory (which was their 19th in a row) raised their record to 19-3.

Coming up, Harrison will square off against Osborne at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hoyas are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Lovett, they will face off against Walton at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
