Softball Recap: Benson Comes Up Short

Benson lost against Omaha South back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bunnies lost 12-4 to the Packers. The Bunnies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eryanna Marshall made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Benson's loss dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Omaha South, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 14-13 record.

Benson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Omaha South, they have already played their next contest, a 16-0 defeat against Lincoln East on the 9th.
