Softball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

If Central was riding high fresh off their 12-6 takedown of Dublin on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Chargers came up short against the Northside Eagles on Monday, falling 8-0. The Chargers were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in August of 2019.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Northside, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-7.

Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Bleckley County on the 9th. As for Northside, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-0 defeat against Houston County on the 9th.
