Castilleja had won three straight games and Antonia Vlahos did her part to make it four on Tuesday. The Castilleja Gators enjoyed a cozy 45-28 victory over the King's Academy Knights thanks in part to Vlahos, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 21 boards. That makes it ten consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Castilleja's points.

Another player making a difference was Layla Gallon, who posted two points and 11 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.

Castilleja has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season. As for King's Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Castilleja will venture away from home to face off against Harker at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for King's Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Crystal Springs Uplands at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
