After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Prairie City-Monroe, Grand View Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Saydel Eagles get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Considering the Thunder have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Grand View Christian pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Saydel, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Grand View Christian has already played their next matchup (against CAM), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Saydel, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Greene County at 7:30 p.m. The Rams will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
