Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hinton). Everything went their way against the Geary Bison on Tuesday as they made off with a 15-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Bison: they've now won nine in a row.

Hinton's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for Geary, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Hinton beat the Bison by a score of 25-1 later that day.
