Baseball Game Preview: Commerce Tigers vs. Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy

For the second straight game, Commerce will face off against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy. The Tigers will be playing at home against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Commerce and Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy, and Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy kept the tradition alive. The Tigers fell just short of Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday.

For Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy's part, Colt Clark was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. That's the most stolen bases Clark has posted since back in February.

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy moved to 8-16 with that win, which also ended their 12-game losing streak. As for Commerce, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season.
