Soccer Recap: Clearview Comes Up Short

Clearview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Firelands Falcons, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Firelands this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-1 last Saturday.

Clearview's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Firelands, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Clearview didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-1 defeat against Brookside on the 2nd. As for Firelands, they have also already played their next match, a 5-1 victory against Wellington on the 1st.
