Charles Meeks Game Report: vs San Angelo Central

Passers beware: Charles Meeks came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made three total tackles, helping propel Abilene past San Angelo Central by a score of 42-21. We hope Friday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Coming up, Meeks and Abilene will venture away from home to take on Cooper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will enter the matchup having just beaten Azle, so the Eagles will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
