Softball Recap: Wright City Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Thursday. Wright City lost 7-1 to Montgomery County. Wright City has struggled against Montgomery County recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Wright City's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Montgomery County, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Wright City will square off against Warrenton at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Montgomery County, they will take on Bowling Green at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
