Soccer Game Preview: Roosevelt vs. Legacy

The Roosevelt Rough Riders will face off against the Legacy Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Roosevelt is headed into the game without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They and South Gate finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Friday. The Rough Riders' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Valerie Segura, who's now up to 27 this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Legacy challenged South East on Friday. Neither Legacy nor South East could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result kept the Tigers happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 6, 2024.

With that draw, Roosevelt's record moves to 12-0-2. Meanwhile, Legacy's record is now 11-2-3.
