Soccer Recap: Hughson vs. Gustine
Hughson took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (barely). They had just enough and edged the Gustine Reds out 2-1. For the Huskies, this counts as revenge for the 4-2 win the Reds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.
Madden Nobles was the driving force of Hughson's attack as she scored both of Hughson's goals.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hughson will face off against Argonaut at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gustine, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pacheco at 4:30 p.m. on December 2nd.
