If Eastern was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of McClain last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Eastern fell just short of Goshen by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Eastern came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 179th, while Goshen is ranked 436th).
