Basketball Recap: Upper Perkiomen Takes a Loss

Upper Perkiomen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 35-16 bruising from the Kutztown Cougars. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Upper Perkiomen's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Kutztown, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Upper Perkiomen will take on Norristown in a holiday battle at at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Upper Perkiomen is facing Norristown at the right time seeing as Norristown is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kutztown, they will venture away from home to face off against Wyomissing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
