It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dunbar had no problem doing just that on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Friendly Patriots a 76-0 shutout. The Poets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Kyrell Lynch had a dynamite game, throwing for 162 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 passes, while also rushing for 49 yards and one score. Those 49 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Jayvon Burrus was another key player, rushing for 66 yards and one TD.
