After a string of nine wins, Whitefield Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wesleyan Wolves, falling 9-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the WolfPack have suffered since February 26, 2024.

Whitefield Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Wesleyan, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
