Basketball Recap: Susquehanna Township HANNA vs. Exeter Township Eagles
The Susquehanna Township HANNA stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Exeter Township 54-20 at home. Winning may never get old, but Susquehanna Township sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Susquehanna Township to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aaliyah Barnes, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Barnes has scored all season. Schuyler Coles was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Susquehanna Township pushed their record up to 19-1 with that victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Exeter Township, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.
Susquehanna Township will head out on the road to challenge the Shamrocks at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Exeter Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
