Football Recap: Elgin Piles Up the Points Against Pilot Rock

Elgin was handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Pilot Rock on Thursday. The Huskies took their matchup with ease, bagging a 58-12 win over the Rockets. The contest marked the Huskies' most dominant victory of the season.

Elgin is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.0 points over those games. As for Pilot Rock, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
