West Ranch is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Saugus just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 4-1 to the Centurions. West Ranch were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Meanwhile, Valencia got the win against Castaic on Tuesday by a conclusive 4-1.

Valencia pushed their record up to 4-6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three contests. As for West Ranch, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6-2.
