Basketball Recap: Millennium Gets the Win

Big Valley Christian came into Tuesday's contest looking for another win against Millennium, but Sarah Digiallonardo wouldn't allow it. The Millennium Falcons blew past the Big Valley Christian Lions 47-21 on Tuesday thanks in part to Digiallonardo, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and 26 boards. She has been hot, having posted ten or more rebounds the last eight times she's played.

Millennium's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Big Valley Christian, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Millennium will head out to challenge Venture Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Big Valley Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Linden at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Big Valley Christian is facing Linden at the right time seeing as Linden is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
