Baseball Recap: Apalachee Takes a Loss

Apalachee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Walnut Grove Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 on Wednesday.

Apalachee's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Walnut Grove, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-9.

Looking ahead, Apalachee will head out to square off against Whitefield Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Walnut Grove, they will challenge Flowery Branch at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday.
