Baseball Recap: Naperville Central Triumphs

Naperville Central lost to Naperville North back in April of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Redhawks came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 8-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Redhawks.

Ryan Gervase looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ryan Pall was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Cooper Page was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.

Naperville Central's record is now 12-5. As for Naperville North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.

Naperville Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Huskies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
