Antelope extends home losing streak to three

Recap: Antelope Rams vs. North Valley Christian Academy Lions

This season hasn't been kind to the Antelope Rams, who are still winless after their seventh match. They were dealt a 64-4 loss at the hands of North Valley Christian Academy on Friday. Antelope was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-0.

North Valley Christian Academy was led to victory by Abby Rice and Triniti Terracciano. Rice scored 21 points along with five steals and three blocks, while Terracciano dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rice has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Chardonnay Pryce, who scored eight points along with seven steals and three blocks.

Antelope's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 5.3 points per game. As for North Valley Christian Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-11.

Coincidentally, Antelope and North Valley Christian Academy will both be playing North Phoenix Preparatory Academy the next time they take the court. Antelope will host North Phoenix Preparatory Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while North Valley Christian Academy will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
