Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Blair Oaks). They put the hurt on the Boonville Pirates with a sharp 11-1 win on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won six in a row.

Blair Oaks' win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Boonville, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blair Oaks will host Ozark at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Boonville, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th.
