In what's become a running theme this season, Westside gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They never let the Josey Eagles onto the board and left with a 12-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but Westside sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Westside got a massive performance out of Broxton Franklin, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Mason Roundtree was another key contributor, going 3-for-3 with three RBI.
Westside pushed their record up to 9-9 with that win, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 12.3 runs. As for Josey, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
