Baseball Recap: Vidalia Comes Up Short

After flying high against Treutlen last Tuesday, Vidalia came back down to earth. The Vidalia Indians fell 4-1 to the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets on Monday.

Vidalia's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Southeast Bulloch, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9.

Looking ahead, Vidalia will welcome Savannah Christian at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Savannah Christian's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for Southeast Bulloch, they will venture away from home to square off against Metter at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
