Basketball Recap: Mission Oak Skates Past Lindsay with Ease

There's no place like home for Mission Oak, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the Lindsay Cardinals 61-28 on Friday. The Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mission Oak's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaecyn Henderson, who posted 17 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. With that strong performance, Henderson is now averaging an impressive 2.5 steals per game. Aiyana Murray was another key player, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards.

Mission Oak smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in four consecutive games.

Mission Oak moved to 1-3 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lindsay, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.
